NOISE _

NOISE is a visceral, trippy journey of self-discovery through isolation and connection, catharsis and introspection, that ultimately leads us to feel alive.

Nua Dance invites you to challenge your perception and understanding of NOISE. This new interactive dance film by Nua Dance sees three deaf and hearing dancers explore their own relationship to noise, inspired by their lived experience around the struggle to communicate as people who don’t conform to traditional stereotypes set up by ableism and heteronormativity.

Specially designed to provide paths for both d/Deaf and hearing audiences, you will be able to set up BSL or a description of sound as your access preference. This multi-sensory experience offers audiences the chance to surrender to the overwhelming and exhilarating effects of noise beyond hearing.
